Credit Union of Texas (CUTX) has unveiled its new Spanish-language brand, Todos Unidos created by CUTX (Todos Unidos), aimed at serving the Hispanic community. Designed to meet the needs of historically underbanked individuals, Todos Unidos ensures access to financial services with bilingual employees available at all CUTX branches and comprehensive Spanish-language resources.
"At CUTX, we believe everyone deserves a financial partner who truly understands their journey," said Eric Pointer, president/CEO of CUTX. "For years, we’ve heard about the challenges the Hispanic community faces in accessing the right financial tools and support. Todos Unidos was built from the ground up—shaped by real conversations, real needs, and a shared vision for a stronger financial future. We’re not just offering banking services; we’re creating opportunities, building confidence, and empowering families in the communities we serve."
To create Todos Unidos, the Allen, Texas-based CUTX ($2.5 billion in assets, 169,000 members) engaged with member focus groups and partnered with key organizations such as the Greater North Texas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Their research identified confidence and autonomy as essential needs, leading to the development of Spanish-language online content, customer service, and in-branch services that allow members to bank in their preferred manner.
Additionally, CUTX has joined forces with Ria Money Transfer (Ria), a global money transfer leader, to provide accessible international transfers, bill payments, and check cashing services. With over 500,000 locations in 160 countries, Ria offers convenience for Spanish-speaking members needing cross-border financial solutions.
Todos Unidos also includes a suite of financial education tools, guiding members through essential topics such as loans, credit cards, and investing, reinforcing CUTX’s commitment to financial empowerment.
"We know that providing the same CUTX experience to our members whose native language is Spanish is a priority," said Loren Nevius, brand manager for Todos Unidos. "Todos Unidos combines our deep understanding of the unique needs of the Hispanic community with the stability and innovation of CUTX to create relevant and frictionless financial experiences for our members that allows them to gain financial wisdom and earn financial freedom."
With Todos Unidos, CUTX continues to expand its commitment to inclusivity and financial accessibility, ensuring that more Texans have the resources and support they need for a stronger financial future.
