The $257 million, Jay, Maine-based OTIS Federal Credit Union announced seven promotions.

Kariss Carlton was promoted to senior loan officer. Kariss brings strong skills in putting members first, focusing on community and providing strong support to the credit union’s lending department.

Craig DeRosby was promoted to director of information security and information technology (IS & IT). DeRosby works behind the scenes overseeing IS & IT, helping ensure the accuracy and security of member information. He also manages custom programming for the credit union.

Darcie Hunt was promoted to member experience representative. Hunt joined OTIS in June 2024 and helps set the tone of the member experience.

Darice Roy was promoted to EVP. Roy has served in a variety of roles over the years and co-chairs the OTIS Ending Hunger committee. In her new role, she will help set the strategic vision of the credit union.

Ryan Souther was promoted to director of digital strategy and facilities. Souther serves as co-chair of the OTIS Ending Hunger committee and on the local Special Olympics board. He provides support in many areas, and in his expanded role, he will provide critical vision for digital strategy and facilities.

Jamie Turcotte was promoted to vice president of lending. In her new role, she will be responsible for key lending initiatives and strategy.

Jennifer Weston was promoted to executive administrative assistant. Weston brings a refreshing and positive demeanor, and helps ensure various employee initiatives run smoothly.

Eric Palmer

Eric Palmer, mortgage origination manager for the $430 million, Rochester, N.H.-based Holy Rosary Credit Union, was selected for New Hampshire Housing’s Homeownership Fellows Program and Lending Advisory Committee. Palmer is one of 11 New Hampshire professionals specializing in housing and homeownership to be selected as a 2025 Fellow. The nine-month fellowship provides participants with the chance to delve into the residential mortgage finance system and engage in discussions on housing and public policy, economic development and the perspectives of state and local government. During the program, Palmer will interact with NH Housing staff, national and state housing officials, public officials and seasoned mortgage lenders, among others. As part of NH Housing’s Lending Advisory Committee, Palmer will offer a credit union’s perspective to NH Housing, allowing him to offer insight on how the NH Housing programs and policies affect homeownership within the HRCU footprint, and give valuable information on how changes can affect members looking to purchase a new house. In his role at HRCU, Palmer works directly with members to assist them in buying their first home, dream home or investment property. Additionally, he assists homeowners in taking advantage of their home’s equity and provides HRCU’s leadership team with member insights on various programs available through the credit union.

Linda Lockhart Nello

FIntegrate Technology, a Birmingham, Ala.-based provider of solutions that automate and simplify collections, recoveries and transaction disputes for financial institutions, hired Linda Lockhart Nello as customer success manager. Nello brings over 40 years of experience in bank operations and fintech, including serving as SVP of operations across various banking institutions, from community banks to regional banks. Her expertise includes implementing WANs and in-house core processing, as well as experience in acquisition teams, system conversions and implementation teams. Based in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, Nello will focus on being a proactive customer advocate, ensuring FIntegrate’s products and support meet client expectations while gathering valuable feedback for product improvements.

AKUVO, a Malvern, Pa.-based provider of cloud-native collections software solutions for banks, credit unions and fintechs, appointed Seth Brickman to its Advisory Board. Brickman brings a robust background in digital innovation and data analytics. He has over two decades of experience in product management, digital transformation and data strategy, having held pivotal roles at prominent organizations including Amazon and Microsoft, where he led initiatives that harnessed data and technology to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
