Maribel Maldonado

The $1.6 billion, Capitola, Calif.-based Bay Federal Credit Union announced three promotions.

Maribel Maldonado was promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the Salinas Branch in Salinas, Calif. Maldonado brings extensive experience to the Salinas Branch after leading the Aptos Branch in Aptos, Calif., for the past two years.

Adrian Vargas

Adrian Vargas was promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the River Street Branch in Santa Cruz, Calif., after serving as interim branch manager there for the past two months. Vargas previously held the role of lead financial services officer at Bay Federal’s Capitola Branch.

Rachael Campos

Rachael Campos was promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the Aptos Branch. She most recently served as assistant manager at Bay Federal’s Member Service Center.

Stephanie Beck

The $498 million, Orono, Maine-based University Credit Union announced three promotions.

Stephanie Beck was promoted to SVP of marketing and community development. Beck joined UCU in 2016 as a marketing manager and most recently served as vice president of marketing and community development. In her new role, she joins the senior management team and oversees both the both the marketing and community engagement teams across the state, driving strategic initiatives and community outreach efforts with state-wide teams.

Abbey Ramsay

Abbey Ramsay was promoted to vice president of lending. Ramsay has been with UCU for over a decade, primarily in the lending area. Most recently, she served as consumer lending manager, assistant vice president. In her new role, Ramsay joins the senior management team and will provide leadership to all of UCU’s areas, including consumer, real estate and business. She is a recent graduate of CUNA Management School.

Jess Francis

Jess Francis was promoted to HR and executive administrative manager. Francis joined UCU in 2022 as executive administrator, bringing more than 18 years of experience in various credit union roles, including member services, administration, marketing and management. She was recognized as Champion the Cure Volunteer of the Year in 2023. In her expanded role, Francis will continue to support the leadership team and focus on human resources including benefits and staffing for the credit union.

Greg Dieterich

The $1.6 billion, Pittsfield, Mass.-based Greylock Federal Credit Union promoted Greg Dieterich to branch manager of its Allendale branch in Pittsfield. In his new role, Dieterich manages a staff of 11 and plays an active role in business development. His key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, originating mortgage and home equity loans, overseeing branch compliance, originating and underwriting consumer loans, and maintaining a wide variety of member accounts. Dieterich began his career with Greylock as a member service representative in 2017. He is also an LPL Financial advisor representative, currently holding the Series 63 and 65 securities licenses through LPL Financial. He works with Greylock Investment Group clients in the Allendale location.

Natasha Chilingerian
