The 119th Congress has been sworn in and the hard work of getting credit union priorities to be seen and heard by lawmakers has begun; and this is where the Chief Advocacy Officer for the Defense Credit Union Council (DCUC), Jason Stverak comes in.

Stverak said there are two big issues facing credit unions this year: keeping in place the credit union tax-exempt status and revamping the CFPB.
