The $6.8 billion, Columbus, Ohio-based Corporate One Federal Credit Union promoted Regina Lewie to SVP and chief risk officer. Lewie joined Corporate One in 2010 and previously served as vice president of enterprise risk management. Before joining Corporate One, she held leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance, where she served as CFO for Nationwide Federal Credit Union in Columbus. She has also held roles in the life insurance, banking and mutual fund sectors. Lewie holds the Certified Third-Party Risk Professional and RIMS Certified Risk Management Professional designations.

The $1.4 billion, Worcester, Mass.-based Webster First Federal Credit Union announced two promotions.
John Cournoyer was promoted to chief marketing officer. Cournoyer has been with Webster First for 17 years. He started as a part-time intern in 2006, and after graduating from Worcester State University in 2007 and completing Enterprise Rent-a-Car’s Management Training Program in California in 2008, he returned to Webster First as a marketing coordinator. In 2012, he was promoted to marketing manager, and in 2014, he was elevated to his most recent position of vice president of marketing.

Angela Talbot was promoted to the newly-created position of content marketing manager. Talbot joined Webster First’s mortgage department in 2020, where she worked until 2022, when she moved into a marketing specialist position. She holds certifications in social media marketing, content writing and SEO. In her new role, she will take the lead on content strategy for the credit union.

Velera (formerly PSCU/Co-op Solutions) appointed Joan Opp, president/CEO of Stanford Federal Credit Union ($4.3 billion, Palo Alto, Calif.), as a member of its Board of Directors. Opp replaces Dennis Devine, former Velera board member and previous president/CEO of the $20.3 billion, Chicago-based Alliant Credit Union. Opp previously served as board chair for Co-op Solutions and is currently a special advisor to the Velera Board of Directors.

CUES hired Jessica Hrubes as vice president of business development. Hrubes brings 22 years of credit union industry experience, including earlier experience at CUES, as well as expertise focused on building strategic relationships and collaborating with industry leaders to advance organizational missions. In her new role, she will build relationships with suppliers, partners and vendors that seek to support and elevate credit union leaders in new and innovative ways. Hrubes will also be responsible for managing supplier relationships, establishing new partnerships, and expanding the profile and reach of CUES through strategic opportunities.

FIntegrate Technology, a provider of collection, recovery and dispute management software for financial institutions, hired Kevin Bingham as senior project manager. Bingham brings over 25 years of experience and holds the credentials of Certified ScrumMaster, Project Management Professional certifications and Tableau Certified Professional. He also brings expertise in Microsoft Reporting Services and SQL development.

The Dallas, Texas-based financial advisory services firm ALM First hired John Morada as managing director, integrations. Morada, an operations and integrations professional, brings more than 15 years of experience, having most recently served as COO for M&A Science and as senior director in corporate development at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). He also previously served as the de jure chief information officer for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation and as adjunct faculty at American University. Morada earned an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Ill.
