Indiana League Reveals New Board Officers & Award Winners
Individuals are recognized during the League’s annual convention on Oct. 4 in Indianapolis.

The Indiana Credit Union League announced five board appointments and six award winners.
Board officers and a new board director were elected at the League’s annual convention on Oct. 4 at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis.
Jason Ford, president/CEO for the $84.3 million, Indianapolis-based Harvester Financial Credit Union, was named a director and attended his first board meeting Oct. 4.
Amy Sink, president/CEO for the $1.8 billion, Goshen, Ind.-based Interra Credit Union, was elected chairwoman.
Cari Palmer, president/CEO for the $44 million, Indianapolis-based Energy Plus Credit Union, was elected vice chair.
Bryan Price, president/CEO for the $1.7 billion, Bloomington, Ind.-based Indiana University Credit Union, was elected board secretary.
Jill Banning, president/CEO for the $181 million, Hammond, Ind.-based REGIONAL Federal Credit Union, was elected treasurer.
Paul Obermeyer, president of the $78.7 million AAA Federal Credit Union in South Bend, Ind., was inducted into the Indiana Credit Union Hall of Fame on Oct. 4 during the Credit Union Awards Celebration, a special event during the League’s annual convention. Obermeyer has been with AAA FCU since 1982 and has been president since 1986. He has served many years on the boards of INDICORP and MidStates Corporate Credit Unions, as well as multiple terms as president of the St. Joseph Valley Chapter of Credit Unions. In addition, he has served on several committees of the Indiana Credit Union League and is currently vice president of the Credit Consortium Board of Trustees.
Andrew Burggraf, president/CEO of the $800 million CommunityWide Federal Credit Union in South Bend, Ind., received the Professional Achievement Award during the League’s Credit Union Award Celebration. Burggraf has been associated with the credit union since 1984. He became COO in 1998 and was named CEO in 2014. He has also served on the boards of Community Homebuyers Corporation and Goodwill Ventures, and is the chair of the finance council for St. Jude Parish in South Bend. The Professional Achievement Award recognizes Indiana credit union presidents/CEOs for their professional accomplishments, commitment to the credit union movement, and contributions to their credit union and community.
David Kish, director and past board chairman of Purdue Federal Credit Union ($1.9 billion, West Lafayette, Ind.), received the 2024 Leadership Achievement Award at the League’s Credit Union Awards Celebration. Kish has been a volunteer credit union board member for Purdue Federal since 2014, playing an instrumental role on several committees and serving as board chair for three years. He is also the director of Purdue’s Flex Lab, a multidisciplinary facility in Purdue University’s College of Engineering. The Leadership Achievement Award recognizes credit union volunteers and officials who have given selflessly to promote the credit union ideal and to better serve the credit union movement in Indiana.
Carl Fry, SVP of finance for the $2.1 billion, Columbus, Ind.-based Centra Credit Union, received the 2024 Emerging Leadership Award during the League’s Credit Union Awards Celebration. Fry is a board member for Credit Union Centers, which manages shared branching in Indiana and Illinois; a board member of Sans Souci, a Columbus-based nonprofit; and a graduate of Leadership Bartholomew County. The Emerging Leadership Award recognizes the next generation of credit union leaders in Indiana for their accomplishments and for the potential to be an Indiana credit union leader in the future.
Kendra Morris, assistant vice president of human resources and learning and development for the $718 million, Elkhart, Ind.-based INOVA Federal Credit Union, also received the 2024 Emerging Leadership Award during the League’s Credit Union Awards Celebration. Morris joined INOVA in 2013 as a cash services representative. She is a graduate of the Greater Elkhart Leadership Academy as well as a board member for the St. Joseph County Chapter of Credit Unions.
Lorraine Tomlin, EVP of commercial services for the $236 million, Muncie, Ind.-based PrimeTrust Financial Federal Credit Union, also received the 2024 Emerging Leadership Award during the League’s Credit Union Awards Celebration. Tomlin has been with the credit union since 2012, serving as project leader during a merger the credit union initiated in 2023 and leading the launch of a small business lending program in partnership with the Community Foundation of Delaware County. She is a member of the Muncie Canal Overlay District and Altrusa International of Muncie, where she is a past president, as well as a past officer of the Muncie Redevelopment Commission, Muncie Riverfront District Project Review Commission and Delaware Community Schools Board of Education.
