CU Solutions Group (CUSG), a wholly-owned CUSO of the Michigan Credit Union League known for its software and services in the areas of human resources, marketing and technology, announced Monday that it has acquired InetSolution, a website design and hosting company serving banks and credit unions.

According to the announcement, CUSG and InetSolution now provide secure, managed hosting services and support to more than 300 clients. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

"Welcoming InetSolution into the CUSG family is a significant milestone in our growth strategy," CUSG President/CEO Patty Corkery said. "This acquisition allows us to offer a broader range of innovative website design, hosting and digital marketing solutions tailored specifically to the banking sector. Together, we can better support our clients in navigating the digital landscape and achieving their marketing goals."

Corkery continued, "InetSolution clients can look forward to a seamless transition with enhanced offerings. Our combined staff now consists of over 25 dedicated website professionals, and together we are committed to delivering cost-effective, innovative solutions while maintaining the high standards of security and service that InetSolution clients have come to expect."

As a result of the acquisition, existing clients of InetSolution – which is based in Troy, Mich., and has been in business since 1998 – will gain access to CUSG's strategic partnerships and core products. These include digital accessibility compliance platform AudioEye, member and customer experience management platforms MemberXP and BankingXP, and financial calculator provider CalcXML.
