Courtney Fulmer will become the next president/CEO of the $283 million SECNY Federal Credit Union in Syracuse, N.Y.

She will succeed current CEO Walter Bobesky who will be retiring in 2024 after more than 32 years of service. He will remain a director on the board and continue to serve as president and then as chief strategist/consultant during the transition, according to SECNY.

Fulmer joined the credit union in 2000 as its director of marketing and community relations. She also served as vice president of marketing and member services before becoming chief experience officer in 2019, according to Fulmer's LinkedIn page.

SECNY's 60 employees operate six locations and serve nearly 16,000 members.

The board of directors of the $167 million Torrance Community Credit Union has appointed Michael Wilkins as its president/CEO.

He succeeded Steve Stoppel who retired after 21 years of service.

Wilkins holds more than 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.

Before joining TCCU, he served as chief operating officer for the $868 million First City Credit Union in Altadena, Calif. He also worked as a senior vice president of retail operations and as a branch manager for the $4.7 billion California Credit Union in Glendale, according to his LinkedIn page. Before joining the credit union movement in 2000, he held managerial positions at Wells Fargo, Great Western Bank and Union Bank.

TCCU's 15 employees operate a branch and serve more than 7,600 members.
