A former member service associate at the $5.3 billion NASA Federal Credit Union in Upper Marlboro, Md., has been banned from ever participating in the affairs of any insured financial institution, the NCUA said Tuesday.
Starting in July 2021, Ryan Nicole Horne used her position at the credit union to allegedly gain unauthorized access to member debit cards. She allegedly made unauthorized purchases on those cards and was fired in September 2021, according to the NCUA's administrative order.
