The COVID-19 pandemic is now in its fourth year, but like the majority of industries in the U.S., the credit union industry has largely moved on from planning virtual events, although the hybrid-attendance model appears to be sticking around.

With the exception of a few virtual events, the 2023 credit union conference line-up looks similar to how it did in 2019. Here's a rundown of what's been planned so far for the year, in alphabetical order by group name, along with links to conference registration pages when available. CU Times will continue to update this list as we become aware of new information.

Carolinas Credit Union League

The League representing North Carolina and South Carolina credit unions has a number of in-person meetings planned for 2023; a full list can be found here.

Credit Union EduCruises

The hosts of credit union-specific educational cruise programs around the world will offer several face-to-face cruise conferences in 2023. A full list can be found here.

CUNA is hosting a variety of conferences and educational programs in 2023, both in person and online.

CU Times LUMINARIES Awards Dinner

The CU Times LUMINARIES awards dinner is set to take place on Thursday, Nov. 9 in Orlando, Fla., at the Disney Beach Club Resort.

Filene Research Institute

The Madison, Wis., think tank will hold two research events in 2023. Those events include:

FTT Embedded Finance

The New York City- and London-based FTT Embedded Finance, which describes itself as "a disruptive community of financial services providers, technology innovators and forward-looking brands that are collaborating to spearhead embedded finance at their organizations," will host the FTT Embedded Finance & Super-Apps North America event Dec. 6-7 at Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco.

Global Women's Leadership Network

The Global Women's Leadership Network, an initiative of the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions, will gather for its 2023 Executive Readiness Summit Nov. 7-9 at the Lodge at Columbia Point in Richland, Wash.

Illinois Credit Union League

The Illinois Credit Union League has a number of events planned for 2023; more information can be found here.

Michigan Credit Union League

The state league is hosting a number of educational events in 2023; a full list can be accessed here.

National Credit Union Management Association

NCUMA has four conferences scheduled for 2023:

VentureTech

This fintech showcase hosting credit unions, CUSOs, credit union leagues, credit union venture groups and organizations serving credit unions is scheduled for Nov. 6-8, 2023 at the Omni Frisco Hotel in Frisco, Texas.
