Debbie Cook Sun East Federal Credit Union ($878 million, Aston, Pa.) promoted Debbie Cook to the role of president, effective July 31. She most recently served as EVP/CFO for Sun East. In her new role, Cook will work closely with Sun East's CEO, Michael Kaczenski, as she oversees the accounting/finance, lending, collections, marketing, risk management, branches, call center, payment solutions and member relationships departments. She has served Sun East as a senior finance executive for more than a decade and has over 30 years of industry experience. Before joining Sun East, she served as an examiner for the NCUA and in various finance and accounting roles at Del-One Federal Credit Union ($650 million, Dover, Del.). Cook was chosen as a Philadelphia Business Journal 2022 CFO of the Year Honoree and holds a Certified Chief Executive designation through the CUES CEO Institute.

Natasha Chilingerian
Natasha Chilingerian has been immersed in the credit union industry for over a decade.
