The $4 billion, Albuquerque, N.M.-based Nusenda Credit Union announced three board appointments during its annual meeting on April 25.
Ann Brooks was re-elected to the board of directors for a three-year term. Brooks is a senior lecturer at Wake Forest University, School of Business, based in Winston-Salem, N.C. Previously, she was a principal lecturer at the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management and in addition was a part-time instructor at Central New Mexico Community College for 20 years. She has been on the board since 2007 and previously served on the Nusenda supervisory committee from 2002 to 2014. She holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of New Mexico.
