Nicole Baker

The $5 billion Langley Federal Credit Union in Newport News, Va., announced six promotions.

Nicole Baker was promoted to SVP, sales and service. In her new role, she is responsible for the branch network, contact center and business development. In addition, she will fulfill strategic duties related to growing members and deposits as well as deepening member relationships. Baker joined Langley in 2020.

Rob Lefkowicz was promoted to SVP of mortgage and consumer lending. In his new role, he is responsible for all mortgage and consumer lending strategies and operations, including loan servicing. Lefkowicz joined Langley in 2017.

Jose Iregui was promoted to SVP of Langley Lending Services and collections. In his new role, he is responsible for growing the Langley Lending Services business as well as leading Langley’s collections strategies and operations. Since joining Langley in 2016, he has been responsible for consumer lending operations and products.

Mark Hutchinson was promoted to SVP of enterprise risk and internal audit. In his new role, he is responsible for evaluating Langley’s internal and external risk environment, as well as coordinating the annual audit and all regulatory examinations. Since joining Langley in 2020, he has built and maintained an enterprise risk management program as well as managed the following areas: Internal audit, compliance, business continuity planning, fraud management and regulatory relations.

Darich Runyan was promoted to SVP of information security. In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing the strategic and tactical functions of Langley’s information security initiatives. Soon after joining Langley in 2019, Runyan established a team of security administrators and analysts to protect member information and corporate data.

Lindsey Kelly was promoted to vice president of legal and compliance. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing legal affairs, legislative affairs and leading the compliance program. Prior to working at Langley, Kelly was an attorney focusing on foreclosure, real property title matters, bankruptcy and related litigation.

Brandi Binkley

The $380 million, Decatur, Ill.-based Land of Lincoln Credit Union hired Brandi Binkley to the executive management team as SVP and chief human resources officer. In her new role, Binkley will oversee the design and implementation of LLCU’s human resources strategies, HR administration, training and development, culture enhancement, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Binkley brings experience in HR strategy and administration with large emphasis in talent acquisition, labor law compliance, succession planning and employee development. She previously served as chief HR officer, director of HR and public health administrator for the Macon County Health Department in Decatur. She holds a master of public administration from Hodges University in Naples, Fla., and is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.

The $2 billion Consumers Credit Union in Kalamazoo, Mich., announced two new hires. Sarah Adams was hired as office manager of Consumers’ Delta Crossing office in Lansing, Mich. Adams brings 16 years of financial industry experience. She is certified with the National Mortgage Licensing System and as a notary public.

Rudy Guillen was hired as office manager of the credit union’s Woods Lake office, which is set to open later this spring in Kalamazoo. Guillen brings more than 18 years of leadership experience and 15 years of experience working in the financial services sector.

Eric Weekley

The $2.4 billion Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union promoted Eric Weekley to the newly-created role of vice president of consumer and mortgage lending. His new role combines his current responsibilities as vice president of real estate with a leadership role in the credit union’s consumer lending division; he will lead both divisions as they work with members on mortgages, HELOCs, auto loans, education loans and other personal loan options. Weekley joined TVFCU in 2019 after spending five years at ORNL Federal Credit Union ($3.1 billion, Oak Ridge, Tenn.) as vice president of mortgage lending. Throughout his 25-year career, he has served as a processor, originator, operations manager and vice president on several mortgage and consumer lending teams. Weekley currently serves on the board of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chattanooga in Chattanooga, Tenn.

The $282 million, Bowling Green, Ky.-based Service One Credit Union hired Nathan “Nate” Dalrymple as vice president of people and culture. In his new role, Dalrymple will be accountable for all aspects of human resources, culture, associates, benefits and training. He brings over 10 years of experience in HR, including five years in a leadership role within various industries. He also served in the Navy onboard a fast-attack submarine based out of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Dalrymple holds a master’s degree in public administration from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green and is a SHRM Certified Professional.

Larry Hoard

SwitchThink Solutions, a Phoenix-based IT services CUSO formed in partnership with Corelation, hired Larry Hoard to its account management team as eastern region account manager. Larry brings more than 30 years of financial services experience, having most recently served as a credit union account manager with Fiserv where he supported information technology services including core processing, online banking, bill pay and card services. He started his career in customer service, level two support and field service before moving into account management when he joined the credit union division at EDS, which Fiserv acquired.
