Pennsylvania’s Clearview Federal Credit Union Names New CEO

Lisa Florian will become president/CEO of the $1.8 billion Clearview Federal Credit Union on April 1.

The Moon Township, Pa.-based financial cooperative noted Florian will be its first female CEO.

She will succeed current President/CEO Ron Celaschi, who has been appointed president/CEO of the $1 billion Patriot Federal Credit Union in Chambersburg, Pa.

Florian, who holds more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and credit union industries, joined Clearview in 2015 as its assistant vice president of strategic research and analysis and was promoted to vice president of finance. She also worked as vice president of member experience and marketing, and currently serves as SVP of member experience, digital strategy and marketing.

Before Clearview, Florian worked as director of operations and communications at the $117 million Riverset Credit Union in Pittsburgh and was vice president of business development at the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association.

“Lisa is a true reflection of the mission and vision of Clearview,” Clearview Board Chair Brian B. Notman, Jr., said. “Coupled with experience and her passion for this organization, the board of directors and I are confident she will continue to lead Clearview to a great future.”

The credit union’s 353 employees operate 18 locations and serve a membership of 116,555.
