Trellance Becomes Newest Office Mate to Share Space at Filene HQ
Trellance joins WOCCU and the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions in sharing space at Filene’s Madison, Wis., location.
The fintech organization Trellance announced it has set up an office space inside the offices of Filene Research Institute located in downtown Madison, Wis. Trellance was the third organization to open a shared office space inside Filene this year.
In September, WOCCU and the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions officially opened its offices after it moved its Madison staff to the Filene office. The organizations saw an opportunity to combine locations after two years of underutilized office space due to the pandemic.
“We’re excited for this opportunity to share space with such an innovative organization in the industry,” Patrick McElhenie, chief sales officer at Trellance, said. “Filene participates in data analytics, technology and innovation research, which aligns with Trellance’s values and offerings. By partnering with them, we’ll be able to introduce ourselves to credit unions who share an interest in the power of tech.”
While Trellance stated it’s keeping its primary office in Tampa, Fla., the Filene location will be used “as a flexible workspace to meet and collaborate with credit unions,” according to a spokesperson for Trellance.
According to the announcement, Trellance’s move to Filene will allow the organization to be exposed to the hundreds of credit union visitors who come to Madison each year to find out about Filene’s latest research developments.
Filene President/CEO Mark Meyer said, “Staying connected to the newest outputs from Filene’s six research centers of excellence enables credit unions to get ahead of shifting challenges and take advantage of new opportunities for growth. By partnering with Trellance where these ideas are shared, we are able to connect credit unions with best-in-class expertise on leveraging technology to enhance and amplify impact.”
