Jesse Shearin Jesse Shearin

The $1.3 billion, Las Vegas-based One Nevada Credit Union promoted Jesse Shearin to vice president of information technology. In his new role, Shearin will lead One Nevada's IT support and infrastructure team and assist with developing One Nevada's IT strategy and technological vision. In addition, he will lead a team of IT professionals as he oversees the information technology needs for the entire credit union's operation. Shearin has over 20 years of experience in IT and began his career at One Nevada in 2012 as a systems engineer. Over the past decade, he has served in various capacities within the credit union's IT department.

Burton Clyde Burton Clyde

Burton Clyde, chairman of the board of directors for the $1 billion, Albuquerque, N.M.-based Sandia Area Federal Credit Union, stepped down after 28 years and became the credit union's first director emeritus. Clyde joined Sandia Area in 1978 and was elected chairman shortly after he joined the board in 1995. He had a 30-year Air Force career followed by a diverse civilian career that included being a professor of management, psychology and sociology.

Natasha Chilingerian

Natasha Chilingerian has been immersed in the credit union industry for over a decade. She first joined CU Times in 2011 as a freelance writer, and following a two-year hiatus from 2013-2015, during which time she served as a communications specialist for Xceed Financial Credit Union (now Kinecta Federal Credit Union), she re-joined the CU Times team full-time as managing editor. She was promoted to executive editor in 2019.
