Municipal Credit Union (MCU) was operating under conservatorship since May 2019 and facing a difficult path forward. Then in November 2020, Kyle Markland joined the credit union as the Chief Executive Officer, ultimately leading his team to emerge from the conservatorship 42 months ahead of schedule during the height of the pandemic.
