Sebastien Carpentier The $2.4 billion, Santa Ana, Calif.-based Orange County's Credit Union hired Sebastien Carpentier as vice president of enterprise infrastructure and information security. In his new role, Carpentier is responsible for managing the implementation and operation of the credit union's technology infrastructure, including the information security program and technology teams, encompassing network and systems infrastructure and end-user support functions. He brings more than 20 years of experience and most recently served at City National Bank, where he developed and implemented innovative hybrid cloud strategies, designing an efficient operating model based on automation and intelligent operations and establishing high-performing, resilient and engaged teams in a high-change environment. He also served as the acting chief information security officer at Epson America. Carpentier holds a master's degree from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, France.

The $643 million Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union in Baxter, Minn., hired Jon Morrill as vice president of human resources. Morrill joins MMFCU with more than 20 years of leadership experience in both public and private sector organizations, and brings experience in staff engagement initiatives, strength analysis and corporate growth initiatives. He most recently served as human resources director for Pennington County in Rapid City, S.D.

Elisabeth Lindsey Elisabeth Lindsey, director of member experience for the $226 million, Bowling Green, Ky.-based Service One Credit Union, received the 2022 CUNA Operations & Member Experience Rising Star Award during the CUNA Operations & Member Experience and Technology Councils Conference, held in Las Vegas from Sept. 21-24. The Rising Star Award recognizes up-and-coming talent in the ranks of credit union operations and member experience.
The $5.9 billion, Oklahoma City, Okla.-based Tinker Federal Credit Union announced one promotion and one new hire.
Chih Chen Chih Wei Chen was promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager at TFCU's Choctaw, Okla., branch. In his new role, Chen oversees member experiences and mentors his team to ensure TFCU meets its members' financial needs. He also participates in local events on behalf of TFCU to build and strengthen community bonds. Chen has been with the credit union for 12 years and began his career as a teller. He was promoted to member service officer and then lobby supervisor at the Edmond East branch in Edmond, Okla., a role he held for four years. Chen graduated from Southwest CUNA Management School in Fort Worth, Texas and has completed TFCU's LEAD program, which trains and prepares TFCU employees for leadership roles.
Amy Harper Amy Harper was hired as a financial planning analyst for TFCU Financial Advisors, which offers a wide range of products and services including investment, insurance and retirement plans through its broker, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Harper brings several years of investment industry experience from T. Rowe Price. She holds licenses in investment company products, general securities, state securities and investment advising.
The $85 million, Malvern, Ark.-based Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union hired Krayton Ederington as a consumer loan officer. In his new role, Ederington is responsible for providing credit counseling, product awareness and underwriting for members regarding their auto, boat, RV, motorcycle, ATV, credit card and signature loan needs. He brings over 18 years of experience in customer service, including spending the past six years in lending for both consumer and mortgage loans. Most recently, Ederington served as a mortgage loan originator at U.S. Bank. Before that, he served in various capacities including branch manager at Malvern National Bank.

Clint Seader SwitchThink Solutions, a Phoenix-based IT services CUSO formed in partnership with Corelation, hired Clint Seader as chief technology officer. In his new role, Seader is responsible for outlining the company's technological vision and architecture, as well as discovering and elevating technologies that move the industry toward digital transformation. He most recently served as vice president of information technology for the $26 billion, Tustin, Calif.-based SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union. He has been a leader at SchoolsFirst for the past 18 years, where he has led strategic planning, software development initiatives, core banking infrastructure modernization and digital transformation efforts.

Natasha Chilingerian has been immersed in the credit union industry for over a decade.
