Matt Stephenson became the president/CEO of Rogue Credit Union in Medford, Ore., in April.

He succeeded Gene Pelham who initially announced his retirement in 2021.

After joining the credit union in 2003, Pelham was named president/CEO in 2007. Under his CEO tenure, Rogue grew from 43,166 members and $389 million in assets to 188,029 members and $3 billion in assets, according to NCUA Call Reports.

After working as an IT project manager for Clark County Credit Union, Stephenson's LinkedIn profile shows he joined Rogue in 2004 and served as the credit union's CFO, COO and president before he was named as Pelham's successor last year.

Rogue's 618 employees operate 27 branches.

The $91 million Baylor Health Care System Credit Union in Dallas has named Delana Bolen as president/CEO.

She succeeded Andy Reed, who was appointed president/CEO of the $481 million Security First Federal Credit Union in Edinburg, Texas in January.

Bolen joined Baylor Health Care System CU from Cornerstone Resources in Plano, Texas, where she served as vice president of sales and support and director of sales. She also worked as vice president of sales and branch operations for the $1.8 billion Texas Trust Credit Union in Arlington.

Baylor Health Care System CU's 10 employees operate one branch and serve more than 5,200 members.
