The $6.9 billion Wright-Patt Credit Union in Beavercreek, Ohio announced Monday that Tim J. Mislansky, the credit union's chief strategy officer, will take the helm as president/CEO on Jan. 1, 2022. He will succeed Doug Fecher, who announced his retirement in June after 21 years of service.
Mislansky brings 25 years of senior management experience to the leadership role, including 20 years of member-center strategic development and plan execution at WPCU and myCUmortgage – a wholly-owned CUSO of WPCU. Prior to becoming WPCU's chief strategy officer, he served as SVP of WPCU and president of myCUmortgage. Mislansky launched myCUmortgage in 2001. According to the credit union, he has also been integral in the development of a series of new enterprise initiatives aimed at developing new sources of revenue and serves as the credit union's catalyst for digital transformation for the cooperative.
