PSCU Rolls Out Identity Resolution for Credit Unions

The solution helps CUs obtain more complete, accurate member data, allowing them to enhance personalization.

PSCU, the St. Petersburg, Fla.-based payments CUSO, announced the launch of a new data management solution for its credit union clients Tuesday – Identity Resolution, which enables credit unions to resolve single member identities with foundational enriched data and recognize location-based households, PSCU said.

The solution ultimately helps credit unions obtain more complete and accurate data on cardholders, therefore allowing them to target members with more personalized experiences, according to PSCU. Other benefits of Identity Resolution include the ability to:

Identity Resolution is one of three data enrichment solutions that comprise its Identity Intelligence Solutions, PSCU said. The CUSO’s Identity Intelligence Solutions are part of its recently enhanced Data Science and Analytics portfolio, a suite of solutions focused on the delivery of personalized experiences and data protection.
