New Partnership Supports International Credit Union Community

This new project aims to share research and resources with credit unions in the UK and Ireland.

Filene Research Institute announced an exclusive partnership with the Dublin, Ireland-based CMutual to expand research and resources available to credit unions in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The Madison, Wis.-based Filene, an independent cooperative financial think tank, released information on Thursday that this exclusive knowledge sharing partnership with insurance specialist CMutual will help provide CMutual’s credit union partners with full access to Filene’s research, reports, tools and library.

“CMutual works hard to leverage our international and national experience and connections in support of our partners to ensure that they have access to knowledge, expertise and scale that equips them with the tools needed to make the right decisions,” CMutual CEO Paul Walsh said. “This partnership with Filene is an investment in our credit union partners in support of our shared vision and a commitment to working cooperatively.”

According to Filene, this new venture will give those UK and Ireland-based credit union partners access to a number of helpful topics, including:
