Filene Research Recognizes 35 Key Supporters
Filene's Inner Circle includes 24 credit unions and 11 other credit union-supporting organizations.
The Filene Research Institute of Madison, Wis., on Tuesday recognized 35 credit unions and other organizations that have been key supporters of its research and incubation of ideas into practice.
The organizations make up Filene’s Inner Circle, an arm of Filene’s Research and Incubation Advisory Council. It connects a group of influential CEOs and senior executives from credit unions and credit union system organizations to Filene’s research and incubation agenda and activities.
Organizations in the Inner Circle support Filene’s work to address the most pressing issues facing credit unions through its Centers of Excellence and Incubators and provide high-level strategic guidance to deepen Filene’s relationship with and understanding of the needs and challenges of credit unions, partner organizations, members and consumers.
“As an indispensable component of the Research and Incubation Advisory Council, our Inner Circle helps guide, activate, connect and champion Filene’s research and incubation agenda and activities to enhance impact and spark systemic change,” Filene President/CEO Mark Meyer said.
“The focused longitudinal research Filene conducts around the most pressing challenges faced by this industry would not be possible without the forward-thinking innovation mindsets of these amazing organizations,” Meyer said. “We are grateful for their support of our work this year.”
The Inner Circle works alongside the Filene’s Think Tank, offering credit union leaders an opportunity for information-sharing, consensus-building and open-ended creative conversation.
