The American Southwest Credit Union in Sierra Vista, Ariz., appointed Jay Williamson as its new president/CEO.
He succeeds Brian Barkdull, who served as president/CEO for more than 22 years and is retiring in December. Under his executive leadership, American Southwest grew from $45 million in assets and 12,234 members in 1998 to $270 million in assets and a membership of more than 28,000.

With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Williamson most recently served as president/CEO of the $73.7 million Progressions Credit Union in Spokane, Wash. He also served as vice president at Stockman Bank of Montana and as a branch president for First Security Bank Montana and First United Bank.
The board of directors of the First Atlantic Federal Credit Union in Eatontown, N.J., named Ann Goldinak as its new president/CEO.

She will succeed current President/CEO John Culp who is retiring in December after 30 years of service. During his executive tenure, the credit union grew its assets from $163 million to $299 million.
Goldinak joined Atlantic in 2014 as CFO and was promoted to EVP in July.
Before joining the credit union, she also served as CFO for the $237 million North Jersey Federal Credit Union in Totowa.
