The St. Paul Minn.-based Hiway Federal Credit Union has announced a partnership with the African American Credit Union Coalition in an effort to promote racial and financial equality.

The $1.4 billion Hiway, which serves 78,000 members nationwide, partnered with the non-profit AACUC to help support the latter's mission to increase African American involvement in the credit union industry, as well as membership opportunities and access to training and development, according to Hiway's announcement.
