Employees from the $2.7 billion First Community Credit Union in Chesterfield, Mo., shop for Christmas presents to donate to Nurses for Newborns. Each year, the credit union holds a week-long drive to raise money for the organization. With all the money raised, the credit union was able to provide Christmas presents, necessities like wipes and toiletries, and a $3,500 donation to Nurses for Newborns. Nurses for Newborns provides a safety net for families most at-risk in order to prevent infant mortality, child abuse and neglect by providing in-home nursing visits that promote health care, education and positive parenting skills.
