Since 1946, the Humane Society of Pulaski County, located in Little Rock, has been making a difference in the lives of domestic animals in Central Arkansas. The mission of the Humane Society of Pulaski County is to rescue, rehabilitate, provide veterinary care, spay/neuter and find loving homes for Central Arkansas dogs and cats in need. In addition, Telcoe makes a monthly social media "Spotlight for HSPC" in hopes of helping all these adorable animals get adopted.
