Professionals Leap Ahead at Eight Credit Unions

Credit unions from coast to coast announce new hires and career advancements.

WEST

Ray Lindley

The $2 billion Elevations Credit Union in Boulder, Colo., promoted Ray Lindley to COO. In his new role, Lindley will direct all aspects of the credit union’s consumer, mortgage and business lending programs, plus wealth management, and oversee its retail delivery channels, including all Elevations branches and the contact center. Prior to joining Elevations in 2013, Lindley held leadership roles with Washington Mutual and Chase.

EAST

Mike Sisk

The $635 million AltaOne Federal Credit Union in Ridgecrest, Calif., added two senior executives to its leadership team.

Michael Sisk was hired as CFO. Formerly CFO of an $8 billion financial institution and more recently a chief consultant for FSA Partners, Sisk brings more than 25 years direct finance, treasury and accounting expertise to the credit union.

Rahul Kachru

Rahul Kachru was hired as chief experience officer. Kachru was the former CEO of the $361 million South Jersey Federal Credit Union in Deptford, N.J. Kachru brings more than 25 years banking and credit union experience to AltaOne.

James Reynolds

The $476 million Sidney Federal Credit Union in Sidney, N.Y., named James H. Reynolds president/CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2019. Reynolds is a central New York native with a deep-rooted passion for the credit union mission of member service. He has been directly involved with credit unions since 1996.

MIDWEST

The $1.5 billion Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union in Evansville, Ind., promoted two employees.

Tracy Carlisle

Tracy Carlisle was promoted to manager of the Evansville Teachers FCU office in Vincennes, Ind. She replaced Carson Thacker, who was promoted to director of retail banking. Carlisle worked for 23 years with Regions Bank, including stints as a mortgage loan originator, mortgage production manager for Southern Indiana and retail branch manager in Bicknell, Ind.

Elizabeth Massey

Elizabeth Massey was promoted to manager of the Warrick branch in Newburgh, Ind. Massey, who celebrated her third-year anniversary with Evansville Teachers FCU on Dec. 21, most recently served as assistant manager of the credit union branch in Henderson, Ky. As manager of the Warrick branch, Massey’s responsibilities include coaching staff and providing first-class member service.

Nicole Frederick

The $2.3 billion Royal Credit Union in Eau Claire, Wis., named Nicole Frederick branch manager of the Bay Street and Woodward Avenue offices in Chippewa Falls, Wis. She is responsible for the overall operations in the branch and team member engagement. This includes ensuring that the branch meets financial, operational and growth goals. Frederick joined Royal in October 2015 and most recently served as a member account representative. Prior to joining Royal, she was a general manager at Culvers.

SOUTH

Greg Griffith

The $1.1 billion Y-12 Federal Credit Union in Oak Ridge, Tenn., hired Greg Griffith as a financial advisor. In his new role, Griffith will focus on existing and prospective clients in retirement planning and wealth management for future generations. Griffith has been providing wealth management services in the east Tennessee area since 1997. With more than 30 years of experience in investment and estate planning, he has developed an approach to investing that embraces a macro view of the markets in conjunction with long-term client relationships and advice for life.

Murali Krishnan

The $1.3 billion LGE Community Credit Union in Marietta, Ga., hired Murali Krishnan as SVP and chief information officer. Krishnan is an expert in information technology and brings a wide range of experience to LGE. Most recently, he led the IT efforts at Advia Credit Union, a Parchment, Mich.-based $1.7 billion financial institution, where he had a hand in transformational initiatives involving digital banking, branch technologies, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise-wide IT architecture, process automation and cybersecurity, to name a few.

Sean Cahill

The $587 million True Sky Credit Union in Oklahoma City, Okla., named Sean M. Cahill president/CEO. In this role, Cahill will oversee all aspects of the credit union. Cahill has spent more than 25 years in the financial services industry on both the bank and credit union sides of the business from New York to California, and most recently Texas. Prior to joining True Sky, he served as CEO for the $84 million Southwest 66 Credit Union in Odessa, Texas, and was named 2018 Professional of the Year by the Cornerstone Credit Union League for being an outstanding advocate of the credit union movement.
