Mark Burgess The $1 billion Credit Union 1 in Anchorage, Alaska, hired Mark Burgess as chief technology officer. Prior to joining Credit Union 1, Burgess served as vice president of customer success for SilverCloud, a technology organization with which he helped various credit unions nationwide manage their policies and procedures. In his new role, Burgess will work to continually enhance the technology that Credit Union 1 employees and members depend on.
