Logix Federal Credit Union Appoints New CEO

Ana Fonseca will take over the top job in December, succeeding the 17-year CEO Dave Styler.

New credit union CEO announced.

Ana Fonseca will become the next president/CEO of the Logix Federal Credit Union, the board of directors for the Burbank, Calif.-based cooperative said Tuesday.

She will succeed the current President/CEO Dave Styler on Dec. 31. He served as CEO since 2001.  Under Styler’s leadership, the credit grew assets from $1.2 billion to $5.9 billion, members from 94,317 to 197,223 and full-time employees from 247 to 696.

Fonseca, who currently serves as LFCU’s executive vice president and COO, launched her career with Lockheed Finance Corp., as a revenue manager in 1986. She joined Lockheed FCU, the predecessor to Logix FCU, in 1990 and served in various positions including senior financial analyst and assistant controller.

From 2000 to 2002, Fonseca worked as CFO for the $745 million Southland Credit Union in Los Alamitos, Calif., and then returned to LFCU in 2002 as CFO. In January 2018, she was promoted to COO.

“Ana is abundantly qualified for the Logix CEO position,” Styler said. “With Ana at the helm, coupled with a strong leadership team, and a terrific staff, I am very confident that Logix will continue to be an industry leader in financial and operational performance, as well as service reputation.”

Operating 15 branches in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, Logix is California’s seventh largest credit union by assets and sixth largest by members.
