NCUA Employees Satisfied With Job & Pay: Annual Survey

The survey finds 71% of the employees agreed or strongly agreed with a statement saying they are satisfied with their job.

NCUA employees are satisfied with their jobs and their salaries, according to an annual government-wide survey.

Some 58% of the agency’s employees responded to the federal employee viewpoint survey this year.

The survey found that 71% of the employees agreed or strongly agreed with a statement saying they are satisfied with their job. The survey reported that 12.7% of the employees responding said they disagreed or strongly disagreed with the statement.

By comparison, 68% of all federal employees responding to the survey said they are satisfied with their jobs.

The survey also found that 71% of NCUA employees would recommend the agency as a good place to work, with 10.6% saying they would not.

When it comes to salaries, 71.9% of the NCUA respondents said they are satisfied with their pay, with 13.3% saying they are not.

And 71.5% of the NCUA employees responding said they are not thinking about leaving the agency.
