Michelle Berridge Michelle Berridge, controller for Alvarez Technology Group, joined the all-volunteer supervisory committee at the $976 million Bay Federal Credit Union in Capitola, Calif. The supervisory committee evaluates the policies and procedures in place at the credit union to ensure they properly protect members' assets, and is charged with selecting an independent licensed auditor to perform a review of the credit union's financial condition each year. Berridge has decades of experience in accounting after having worked across a number of industries, including entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, non-profits and technology.
