New credit union CEO announcement.
Nick Tonelli will be the new president/CEO of the $10.4 million Germania Credit Union in Brenham, Texas, starting Nov. 5, according to business solution provider Credit Union Resources in Plano, Texas.
Nick Tonelli He succeeds Germania CU President/CEO Cecil Barker who announced his retirement earlier this year.

Tonelli most recently served as a retail regional manager for the $1.1 billion Collins Community Credit Union in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for more than two years. He was responsible for leading eight retail branches, managing projects and developing products.
He also served as a branch manager for nearly five years at the $446 million Greater Iowa Credit Union in Ames.
Before joining the credit union industry, Tonelli worked as a manager at the $265 million Midwest Heritage Bank in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Chartered in 1986, Germania CU serves 2,392 members and operates one branch.
