The NCUA announces ban.

The NCUA banned only one person, the federal agency announced at the end of last month.

Mariah Lee Scribner, a former employee or "institution-affiliated party" of the $51.3 million Lake Huron Credit Union in Saginaw, Mich., agreed to a prohibition order to settle the NCUA's claims against her.

In its prohibition order, the NCUA did not divulge the specific claims against Scribner or what role she had with the credit union or its "institution-affiliated party."

The order prohibits Scribner from participating in the affairs of a federal insured financial institution.

Prohibition and administrative orders are searchable by name, institution, city, state, and year at the NCUA's Administrative Orders web page.
