Cornerstone League Appoints New Chief Growth Officer
Barb Lowman is named to the position, who previously held executive posts at Fiserv.
The Cornerstone Credit Union League said Wednesday Barb Lowman will become its new chief growth officer on June 18.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations and sales, Lowman will serve more than 550 member credit unions of the Cornerstone league. She is known in the industry for developing new products, programs and for her strategic sales approach, according to the Plano, Texas-based league.
Previously the vice president for professional services at Fiserv in Brookfield, Wis., Lowman was responsible for developing the framework for the credit union division professional services organization, including the development of go-to-market strategies, operational processes, compensation plans and forecasting models. During her leadership, Lowman built and executed a business plan to increase annual revenue growth.
Lowman also previously served as the vice president of account processing and the small credit union market segment at Fiserv where she acted as the general manager for the small market segment credit union account processing businesses. Lowman produced and delivered thought leadership content and strategic guidance/partnerships that positioned small credit unions for growth opportunities.
