November's list of people banned by the NCUA released Thursday includes a former CEO and the board chair of a defunct West Virginia Credit Union and seven six former employees who worked at credit unions in Pennsylvania, Florida, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Kansas.
Larry E. Martin, the former president/CEO of Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital Federal Credit Union in Huntington, West Virg., and its former board chair, Ray Frasher, both agreed to the federal agency's prohibition order in addition to complying with all of its terms to settle the NCUA's claims against them.
The federal agency's prohibition orders on Martin and Frasher did not disclose the specific terms or claims.

Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital FCUwas liquidated by the NCUA in February 2016 for reasons not disclosed. Chartered in 1980, Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital FCU served 57 members and managed assets of $27,039.
Martina M. Papa, a former employee of the $3.5 million Teamsters Local 30 Federal Credit Union in Jeannette, Pa., pleaded guilty to the charge of theft, according to the NCUA. She was sentenced to seven years' probation and was ordered to pay $57,100 in restitution.
Papa declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy in April. According to bankruptcy documents filed in federal court, Papa listed more than $85,000 in debts.
Chasity Renee Rogers, a former employee of the $61.8 million Midwest Regional Credit Union in Kansas City, Kan., pleaded guilty to theft and computer crime. She was sentenced to 27 months in the Wyandotte County Criminal Diversion program. Rogers was also ordered to pay $14,032 in restitution, according to the NCUA.
Lavel D. Hammons, a former employee of $3.7 billion Tinker Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City, pleaded guilty using a computer to obtain money by false pretenses and conspiracy to commit a felony violation of a computer act, the NCUA reported. Sentenced to 10 years in prison, she was also ordered to pay $10,414 in restitution.
Tabitha A. Kovac, a former employee of the $185 million Park City Credit Union in Merrill, Wis., pleaded guilty to theft. Sentenced to 30 days in prison, 200 hours of community service, and two years' probation, she also was ordered to $8,735 in restitution, the NCUA said.
Diamantina Navarrete De Gomez, also known as Tina Gomez, a former employee of the $700 million Tropical Financial Credit Union in Miramar, Fla., pleaded no contest to grand theft. She was sentenced to 10 years' probation, according to the NCUA.
Robert M. Burton, a former employee or institution-affiliated party of the $57.1 million Vantage Trust Federal Credit Union in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.agreed to a prohibition order and to comply with all of its terms to settle the NCUA claims against him. The specific terms and claims were not disclosed in Burton's prohibition order.
