The $2.4 billion Technology Credit Union in San Jose, Calif., hired Robert Reed as chief retail banking officer and EVP. He will be responsible for leading the company's retail banking and member services functions. Reed has a nearly 30-year track record of success in consumer and business banking, marketing and private banking with Bank of America, Arrowhead Credit Union and Simplicity Bank.

EAST

The $325 million First New York Federal Credit Union in Albany, N.Y., promoted Andrea Reed to manager of lending originations for the company's lending department. Reed joined First New York in 2013 as a loan officer. She began her career through a high school program and had worked at several banks prior to joining the credit union industry.

The $281 million University Credit Union in Orono, Maine promoted three employees.

Jason Preble was promoted to information technology manager in Orono. He previously served as senior technology specialist and has been with UCU for 11 years. In his new role, Preble is responsible for managing, overseeing and implementing the credit union's technology, including its data processing system and various software applications.

Erika Taylor was promoted to branch manager of the newly-renovated Forest Avenue branch in Portland. She previously served as assistant branch manager of the Farmington branch, and has been with UCU for three years. In her new role, Taylor oversees all retail functions of the Forest Avenue branch with a focus on member acquisition, staff development and community outreach.

Benaiah Pelotte was promoted to campus branch manager in Orono, located on the University of Maine campus. He previously served as assistant branch manager of the 15 Main St. Orono branch, and has been with UCU for three years. In his new role, Pelotte is responsible for all campus branch operations and facilities, as well as developing member relationships within the University of Maine campus community.

MIDWEST

The $397 million Town and Country Credit Union Minot, N.D., appointed Jeremiah Kossen to president/CEO. Kossen is a seasoned credit union executive and has spent his entire career within the financial services industry. For the past decade, he has been at the $5.1 billion Lake Michigan Credit Union in Grand Rapids, Mich., in various senior management positions including chief risk officer/SVP, vice president of operations and director of audit. He most recently served as COO.

The $1.1 billion Hiway Federal Credit Union in St. Paul, Minn., hired Sandy Oleson as a mortgage sales manager. Oleson brings more than 15 years of sales, marketing and mortgage experience to Hiway. In her new role, she will drive strategies to develop and grow the mortgage lending business unit including building awareness, actively participating in the community and increasing Hiway's presence in the mortgage lending space.

CUSOs

CO-OP Financial Services hired Matthew Maguire as chief data officer, which represents a key milestone in CO-OP's ongoing initiative to grow the firm's technology talent and infrastructure. In addition to advancing the firm's technology goals, Maguire will be instrumental in helping the credit unions that are a part of the CO-OP ecosystem. Maguire joins CO-OP from Bank of America where he spent more than 10 years honing his global technology experience.

TMG Financial Services, a credit card agent issuer and advisory services firm serving credit unions and community banks, promoted three employees.

Adam Babbitt was promoted to credit and risk manager. Babbitt will leverage TMGFS' extensive credit card data to develop, test and execute credit risk policy to support business goals. He will oversee the creation of credit risk strategies that balance the financial health of cardmembers with the sustainability of TMGFS clients' credit card programs.

Patrick Baker was promoted to marketing manager. Baker will lead the strategic direction of the marketing team, aligning marketing goals with TMGFS' overall business objectives and priorities. He joined the firm in 2015 from The Integer Group, an integrated marketing agency in Des Moines, Iowa.

Ann Marie Day was promoted to director of marketing. Day will oversee the development and implementation of consumer and commercial credit card marketing programs. She will also work to identify new opportunities, as well as emerging marketing and communications tools and strategies to support TMGFS clients' credit card programs.
