CUNA, CO-OP Financial Services and PSCU have announced a coordinated effort to link credit union members in Hurricane-affected areas with credit unions.
The groups have established toll-free numbers that are intended to help credit union members with access and branch information in cases where their credit unions are not available or they have been displaced by the Hurricane Harvey or Irma.
The toll-free numbers are available in both English and Spanish. The numbers are:
|- 866-564-3519
- 844-897-2060 (with service options for the hearing impaired)
"These unprecedented natural disasters call for a unified response from organizations that service credit unions – whose mandate is always 'people helping people,'" CUNA President/CEO Jim Nussle, CO-OP President/CEO Todd Clark and PSCU President/CEO Chuck Fagan said in a combined statement.
