The $1.4 billion Elements Financial Federal Credit Union in Indianapolis named Jeff Joyce CFO.

Joyce (pictured) comes to Elements from a company he founded in 2012, Cross Financial Services, where he led the firm’s financial institution practice. Previously Joyce served as CFO at Heartland Community Bank for 15 years and was part of the executive management team that formed the state-chartered commercial bank and bank holding company.

The $1.1 billion Firefly Credit Union Burnsville, Minn., hired Edwin Adorno as mortgage loan officer.Adorno has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry. He’s served in leadership, operations and customer service positions and comes to Firefly with experience from Wells Fargo Mortgage and Comerica Bank. In his new role, Adorno will focus on guiding members through a better mortgage loan experience.

The $3.3 billion Veridian Credit Union in Waterloo, Iowa promoted two employees.

Shelly Robb (pictured) was promoted to payment systems analyst. Robb, a La Porte City resident, has worked at Veridian for nearly 21 years. She was previously the branch manager of the Cedar Heights branch. Robb has a degree from the University of Northern Iowa, and she serves her community as a La Porte City Soccer board member and AAU volleyball coach.

Jaci Hamlett was promoted to branch manager for the credit union’s Independence location. Hamlett, a Manchester native, has worked at Veridian for six years. She was previously the branch manager of Veridian’s location in Oelwein. Hamlett has a degree in finance from the University of Northern Iowa and she serves the Oelwein Rotary as a board member.

The $69 million Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union in Malvern, Ark., hired Jon Trotter as director of lending. He brings 32 years financial industry experience to his new position with Diamond Lakes. Trotter was previously vice president of mortgage lending for Fidelity Bank and Trust of Dubuque, Iowa.

The $122 million Alliant Credit Union in Dubuque, Iowa promoted two employees.

Rob Coutchie was promoted to vice president of lending. Prior to becoming vice president, lending, he served as a mortgage loan officer for the credit union. He has been with the credit union since September 2015. Prior to joining Alliant Credit Union, he was a mortgage loan officer with Wells Fargo.

Katie Lange was promoted to vice president, controller. Prior to becoming vice president, she was accountant, controller for the credit union. She has been with the credit union since October 2016. Lange is a graduate of Clarke University and has been in the accounting industry for 18 years. She worked at a public accounting firm for 17 years before joining Alliant.

SOUTH

The $2.1 billion Atlanta Postal Credit Union in Atlanta promoted three employees.

Blake Graham (pictured) was promoted to chief lending officer. Graham will manage the overall loan portfolio to maintain a diversified blend of products among consumer, mortgage and member business loans as well as oversee the collections department. He joined the credit union in 2014 and most recently served as vice president of lending.

Michael Wright was promoted to chief payments officer. Wright will manage the payment services division, which will include credit and debit card services, electronic delivery channels, wires and bill pay. He joined the credit union in 2016 as vice president of payment services, and has more than 20 years of management experience.

Teresa Stonecypher was promoted to COO. Stonecypher joined the credit union in 1993. In her 24 years at APCU, she has worked as a teller, member service representative, consumer loan processor, consumer loan officer, mortgage loan processor, mortgage loan officer and HSE branch manager. She most recently served as vice president of operations.

The $2.2 billion University Federal Credit Union in Austin, Texas hired Rhonda Norris Hall as vice president of human resources and organizational development. Hall will be responsible for the overall talent acquisition, development, retention functions and organizational development.

Hall has a background in integrated change management, leadership development and organizational strategy, and has more than 25 years of experience partnering with executive teams to support large-scale initiatives.
