The $1.2 billion Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union in Lowell, Mass., welcomed its newest board member, Sovanna Pouv, executive director of the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association of Greater Lowell. Pouv joins the credit union's board of directors with more than 15 years of experience working for organizations geared toward cultural and social improvement within the local community.
The $514 million Connex Credit Union in North Haven, Conn., promoted Carl Casper to EVP and COO after serving four years as vice president of customer advocacy. Casper offers nearly three decades of financial experience and oversees the retail branch network, contact center, marketing department, consumer lending and compliance function. Since joining Connex in 2013, Casper has significantly expanded the credit union's products and services.
