Here, the Expo at Member Forum is pictured, which offers attendees an up-close look at the many integrated solutions PSCU currently has in market. The theme for Member Forum 2017, “The Story of Service,” reflects PSCU's commitment to delivering the most helpful, seamless experience possible through every interaction and touch point with its member-owner credit unions and their members. The first day of PSCU's annual conference – Member Forum – kicked off with a high-energy set of music by the Chris Weaver band. In keeping with the event's theme, PSCU President/CEO Chuck Fagan conveyed the clear message to attendees that service is at the heart of what PSCU and its member-owners strive to deliver on a daily basis.

President/CEO of the Internet Security Alliance Larry Clinton notes that companies lose $1 trillion per year from either experiencing cyber threats or dealing with the cost of fighting them, a figure that is likely to increase. Jim Nussle, President/CEO of CUNA, opened up the second day of Member Forum 2017 by talking about the importance of credit unions going on the advocacy offense. More than 700 credit union, vendor and partner attendees from across the country came together for Member Forum 2017, which helped mark PSCU's 40th anniversary. Former NFL quarterback Tom Flick talked about the “heart of leadership,” and what it takes to lead people to excellence through leadership – not management.
