Diania Alfonso's family has been tackling debt since January 2015, and is getting close to their goal of becoming debt free. Finding her middle child unresponsive one night and learning he had epilepsy, was Alfonso's motivation to get serious about finances.
In 18 months, the family has paid off $44,000 of debt.
Alfonso teaches debt reduction classes, and is an excellent example of what can happen when you tighten up your budget, have self control, and start planning for the future.
