The engagement level was high as NAFCU hosted another full day of sessions at its 48th Annual Conference & Solutions Expo Thursday.

NAFCU Executive Vice President of Government Affairs and General Counsel Carrie Hunt shares legislative and regulatory insights during the Washington Update. NAFCU Vice President of Legislative Affairs Brad Thaler, NAFCU Director of Political Affairs Dan O'Brien and NAFCU Director of Regulatory Affairs Alexander Monterrubio share their legislative and regulatory insights on the election year during the Washington Update. Members 1st FCU President/CEO and former NAFCU Board Member Bob Marquette receives his 12th White Hat Award. NAFCU President/CEO Dan Berger connects with attendees during the General Session. Natasha Chilingerian

Natasha Chilingerian has been immersed in the credit union industry for over a decade. She first joined CU Times in 2011 as a freelance writer, and following a two-year hiatus from 2013-2015, during which time she served as a communications specialist for Xceed Financial Credit Union (now Kinecta Federal Credit Union), she re-joined the CU Times team full-time as managing editor. She was promoted to executive editor in 2019.
