The Ontario, Calif.-based lending CUSO CU Direct has teamed up with PSCU to allow the St. Petersburg, Fla.-based CUSO to integrate CU Direct's Lending 360 Loan Origination System within its Total Member Care Contact Centers.
Lending 360 will be used in conjunction with PSCU's customized contact center support and can also be integrated with a credit union's in-house platform. It supports integration with multiple third parties, including indirect lending and home banking platforms, and uses credit unions' existing rules, rates and lending criteria, supporting loan application processing activity across all consumer lending channels.
PSCU said the deal will enable it to enhance the scope of its suite of products and services, while providing its owner credit unions and their members with leading edge technology in an easy-to-use lending platform designed to fully support consumer loan and account opening applications.
