Across the country this past week, credit union professionals moved into new positions while others received awards for their contributions to the credit union movement. Outside the walls of credit unions, TMG Financial Services and CUES announced a number of promotions.

WEST

The $6.3 billion Alaska USA Federal Credit Union inAnchorage, Alaska appointed six people to executive positions. Brian Wolf (pictured) was promoted to COO. Wolf has more than 18 years of financial institution experience, with the last three years at Alaska USA. He most recently held the position of executive director, retail financial services. Chad Meadows was promoted to executive director, retail financial services. Meadows has more than 12 years of financial institution experience, most recently as vice president, retail delivery and sales for the $675 million Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union. Tod Miller was promoted to the new position of SVP, indirect lending. Miller has been with Alaska USA for 26 years, most recently as vice president, indirect lending. Phenie Miller was promoted to SVP, branch administration. Miller has been with Alaska USA for 30 years, and was most recently area vice president, Mat-Su Valley area. Bob Thompson was promoted to SVP, corporate properties and supply. Thompson has 26 years of facilities management experience, with the last eight at Alaska USA. He was previously vice president, corporate properties and supply. Chris Wilder was selected for the position of vice president, operations. Wilder has been with Alaska USA for 13 years, most recently as vice president, branch administration, Alaska Region.
