This past week, credit unions from coast to coast hired new employees and announced new promotions and retirements. Plus, PQCampbell, a design/build firm for the financial services industry, welcomed three new executives.

WEST

The $250 million Yolo Federal Credit Union in Woodland, Calif.,promoted one employee and hired another. James Richie was promoted to the newly created position of community relations officer. He will help develop and strengthen strategic alliances and coordinate community relations throughout the branch network. Richie started his career at the credit union as a teller and quickly advanced to a financial services specialist. John O'Connors was hired as the new financial adviser for the credit union's investment services department and is registered through CUSO Financial Services. Prior to joining the credit union, O'Connors served as a financial adviser at Edward Jones, where he earned his license in 2014.
