The Ontario, Calif.-based lending CUSO CU Direct has teamed up with PSCU to allow the St. Petersburg, Fla.-based CUSO to integrate CU Direct's Lending 360 Loan Origination System within its Total Member Care Contact Centers, the two parties announced Wednesday.

Lending 360 will be used in conjunction with PSCU's customized contact center support and can also be integrated with a credit union's in-house platform. It supports integration with multiple third parties, including indirect lending and home banking platforms, and uses credit unions' existing rules, rates and lending criteria, supporting loan application processing activity across all consumer lending channels, the companies said.

PSCU said the deal will enable it to enhance the scope of its suite of products and services, while providing its owner credit unions and their members with leading edge technology in an easy-to-use lending platform designed to fully support consumer loan and account opening applications.

“We're excited to join with PSCU and help them deliver the best experience for their credit unions and members,” CU Direct President/CEO Tony Boutelle said. “This is a natural partnership between two credit union-owned organizations that share a common core set of values and a passion for serving the credit union community.”

Boutelle first announced the partnership at the CU Direct DRiVE 16 conference Tuesday.

“Long-term relationships between members and their credit unions often begin with a loan,” PSCU President/CEO Chuck Fagan said. “Our partnership with CU Direct gives PSCU's owners an excellent opportunity to better serve members and grow with a world-class lending platform that streamlines the application process and delivers a great member experience.”
