For the past three years, Arrowhead Credit Union has helped make life easier for local families living in shelters in San Bernardino and Riverside counties. 

"When homeless families need help with basic needs, even the smallest donation can make a big difference.  To give back to the community that I was born and raised in means a lot to me,”  Arrowhead team member Mark De La Ree said. “I enjoy seeing the smiling faces of those receiving the donations and knowing I am making a positive impact in their lives.”

This year staffers donated more than 20,000 essential baby items including 6,000 diapers, 14,000 baby wipes, shampoos and lotions to HomeAid Inland Empire, a leading national non-profit provider of housing for today's homeless.

Since 1990, HomeAid Inland Empire has renovated or built 37 homeless shelter facilities in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, providing quality temporary housing for individuals and families while they work to rebuild their lives.
