WEST

The $2.8 billion Mission Federal Credit Union in San Diego named Doug Wright CFO. Wright will be a member of the senior management team and oversee the areas of finance, accounting and facilities. He brings more than 25 years of financial services leadership experience to the position.

The $1.1 billion Columbia Credit Union in Vancouver, Wash., hired Tiffany McGuire as vice president of branch services. In this position, McGuire will provide leadership for the development and management of the credit union's branch system. She will be responsible for attaining maximum branch productivity, service benchmarks, sales goals and member and market growth.

SOUTH

The $328 million Evolve Federal Credit Union in El Paso, Texas hired Randy Glover as vice president of mortgage lending. Glover came from the $565 million Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union in Pensacola, Fla., where he served as assistant vice president, mortgage lending.

MIDWEST

The $664 million University of Michigan Credit Union in Ann Arbor, Mich., promoted Julie Wigley to vice president of talent and brand development. Wigley will lead the human resources and marketing teams and will be responsible for upholding UMCU's employment and organizational brand.

EAST

The $2.7 billion Service Credit Union in Portsmouth, N.H., announced four promotions. Dayna Gough was promoted to assistant vice president of education. Gough has been with Service since 2002 and has served as manager, business processes/education since 2011; before that, she was the manager of business analysis from 2008 to 2011. Dennis Donnelly was promoted to assistant vice president of the contact center. Donnelly was previously senior manager of the contact center and has been with the credit union for more than 10 years. Ryan Healey was promoted to assistant vice president of member services. He previously served as manager of quality assurance for Service. Healey has been with Service since 2003. Stephanie Kinnett was promoted to assistant vice president of regulatory compliance. Kinnett has worked for the credit union since August 2015 as a staff auditor. Prior to that, Kinnett was a credit union examiner for the NCUA for more than six years.

The $152 million Dannemora Federal Credit Union in Dannemora, N.Y., hired Chris Hay as president/CEO. Hay brings more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry to the credit union. For the past six years he has held the position of vice president and commercial banking relationship manager at NBT Bank, N.A.The $755 million St. Mary's Credit Union in Marlborough, Mass., promoted Larissa C. Thurston to COO, CFO and senior vice president of finance. In her new role, she also oversees the credit union's operations, human resources, IT and marketing functions. Sarah A. Day was promoted to assistant vice president and commercial loan officer. Day joined St. Mary's in 2010 as marketing manager and joined the commercial lending team in 2013.

The $5.2 billion Teachers Federal Credit Union based in Hauppauge, N.Y., promoted Francis Collins to senior vice president, credit. In his new position, Collins will serve as a member of the senior management team and oversee all lending department functions and products, including mortgages, indirect auto loans, leasing and commercial loans, as well as underwriting and servicing.

The $1.1 billion Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union in Lowell, Mass., promoted Kara Doyle to vice president of commercial lending. She will now oversee all aspects of the commercial lending department. Doyle brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry to her new position.

VENDORS

NYMBUS, an API driven core banking platform provider, hired David Mitchell as executive vice president and chief strategy officer. In this role, he will be responsible for supporting the overall direction and planning of the company's go-to-market strategy. Mitchell will also work with NYMBUS' executive leadership team to develop the company's global vision.
