member forumNew York Times best-selling author, researcher, motivational speaker and business consultant Marcus Buckingham's opening keynote focused on leveraging people's strengths in order to free them up to do their best work.

nafcuDan Berger, president/CEO of NAFCU, shared an update from Washington. Berger reminded the crowd that credit unions can be some of the best lobbyists out there, and that it is important to share stories with members of Congress about people helping people. Other news and updates included the latest from the legislative, regulatory, economic, compliance and political fronts.

member forumSedric Cherry, vice president of credit union learning, demonstrated PSCU's MemberConnect 2.0 at the expo portion of the Member Forum event. He also discussed the value of improving the overall member experience through a well-trained staff that is educated on the details of a credit union's programs, services and operations. The session also highlighted how to build effective training programs to improve staff knowledge and how to keep training costs down.

member forumJon Gruden, former NFL Super Bowl-winning head coach and current ESPN commentator, closed out the CUSO's annual conference by inspiring attendees to harness passion to help achieve greater success, on and off the field.
